Full Mod Zenoah 4 Bolt 28.5cc Top End For TS Reed Case
This is a brand new fully modified 4 bolt top end for the Trevor Simpson reed crankcase. Due to the modification that have done to this top end it can only be used on a reed case. Since the gas enters the engine directly through the crank case this allows us to do additional porting that can not be done on a piston port engine. This top end includes: fully modified cylinder, lightened and relieved piston, piston ring, wrist pin, needle bearing, needle bearing washers, cylinder gasket, c-clips and a spark plug. The following modifications have been done to this top end:
1. Intake port is filled in with epoxy
2. Machine 5th port
3. Deck cylinder for higher compression with out using a thinner cylinder gasket
4. Modifiy transfer ports for better flow
5. Lighten the piston
6. Relieve piston to prevent seizing
7. Resurface all ports for better gas/oil mixture
8. Adjust exhaust timing to our specs
9. Reshape the exhaust port
10. Rebevel all porting and stock bevels to prevent damage to the piston and/or cylinder.
