TGN accepts returns on standard orders made through the Web site (www.TGNdistributing.com) with a full refund of the purchase price minus all shipping costs. TGN will only cover shipping charges if TGN declares an item is defective and the customer chooses not to re-order.
All items must be in new and un-opened condition. All parts and hardware must be included. The customer will be charged for any missing parts.
